bodacious-energizedprotodermis asked: I love your Snee and the Sunflowers story! You took a nice idea and expanded upon it in a lovely way. I like rereading it! Have you written more stories? I like how you write. :) (this may seem strange, but I sometimes judge stories on how pleased I would be to lose to them in a writing contest. I most certainly wouldn't mind being beaten by you.)

I don’t write stories often, and I’m not usually any good at it.  I don’t know where that one came from, but I liked it and I knew Snee would like it as well.  It expressed some of the living situations she is in right now, and while it had a happy ending, the ending was also not a full solution to her living situation.  I’ve been in a living situation like hers, and I know how hard they are to solve, so I didn’t want to solve it all in a story and make it sound easy.  Anyway, I do occasionally write stories, and when they do happen, they come out like that – they just happen.

I have one story that’s been kicking around in my head for ages, but the problem is I don’t know how to write it.  I know the plot I need, but I don’t know how to write it out as a story.  Which is too bad because it’s a wonderful story and I’d love to submit it the next time I saw a CFP for disability in fiction going around or something.  But I’d have to write it first…
