accioplants asked: I've always thought that Slytherins and Hufflepuffs would be very good friends. Like, imagine a Slytherin breaking down and crying (yes, we do that, we're not all cold-hearted bastards) and a Hufflepuff, instead of laughing, ridiculing, or calling them weak would comfort and let them know what it's all going to be okay and Slytherins feeling much better afterwards. And so they become great friends.
