Why fireworks are only legal outside city limits.
Please, don’t fucking set off fireworks in the city. Not only are you disturbing people and fucking with people with PTSD and it’s illegal.
IT’S REALLY FUCKING DANGEROUS.
My grandpa, back in 1959 or so, worked in a store. Someone set off fireworks about 100 yards away. Fireworks landed on the roof of his work and two people were burned to death. That happened 3 or more times throughout his life.
So just don’t fucking do it.
I wish someone would tell this to the asshole who sets off fireworks in my front yard every year. They whiz past the windows so close you can see them.
