I tilted my head down to look at something and a spasm of pain shot down my back
???

Yuck.
I get that sometimes.
It goes down my back and into the backs of my legs.
It means there’s something fucked up with your nerves.
Something permanent, do you think? Between the numbness of my arms and feet, lately… :s
It can be something permanent, or something temporary. It’s also sometimes a sign of things like MS or other forms of nerve damage.
