I mean, obviously your writing is part of your existence, but you would make the world better even if you didn't write. But your writing helps. I am very glad you never killed yourself.

Thank you.  I had a lot of help from a lot of people when I needed it most, and I owe each of them my life many times over.  I had been told the system was the last and only hope for helping me, and when that didn’t work, it only deepened my conviction that nothing could ever work for me.  Meds didn’t work, therapy didn’t work.  Luckily, the help of several people who had been through it themselves, did work.
