Thank you.  I try to be an alternative to both SJ tumblr and anti-SJ tumblr.  So do a lot of other people I know.  It’s possible to care deeply about social issues and have a different take on them than the party line.  In fact, I think it’s vital for lots of people to have lots of takes on social issues that are different from the party line, and different from each other.  I’m glad it makes you feel less alone.  Sometimes I write because other people’s writing helped me feel less alone and I want to pass that on to others.  I think people underestimate the effect they can have in that regard, on other people, just by telling their story, or their side of an issue that maybe someone has never thought of.
