when ur in physical pain or sick do u ever just wanna get as close to the ground as you can? like laying on the floor?

it doesnt make the pain go away but its very comforting for some reason

I also prefer, strongly, to throw up, outside, on the ground, if I have to throw up.  I’ve learned otherwise, but that’s how I prefer to do it if I have to.  It used to make my mom very angry.  But somehow, especially since I used to be strongly emetophobic, throwing up on all fours on the ground felt so much better than using a toilet or basin, that I couldn’t stand to do anything except go out in the back yard and throw up.  I don’t know why it made my mother so angry but it did.  She didn’t understand I had to do it this way, I couldn’t do it the other way without panicking even worse.
