I’ve actually been told that I’m selfish for existing.  Like actually been told that.  And been told that I’m selfish for having a living will that says I wish to continue to exist.  Because I am a burden on society and I take from society and give nothing in return.

This is complete horseshit, of course, but it’s a horrible thing to be told.  And if people think this doesn’t contribute towards disabled people opting for euthanasia and the like, then they don’t understand ableism at all.
