10. Do you think you’ll have friends from other houses?

Absolutely. I’m Hufflepuff. My closest friend in the world is a Ravenclaw with strong Hufflepuff leanings (but she’d definitely end up in Ravenclaw, just like even though I have Gryffindor leanings I’m Hufflepuff through and through), my ‘second mother’ is a 100% Gryffindor to the max, an online friend was sorted into Slytherin (but isn’t sure she belongs there), my friend’s wonderful family of cats fit into one house per cat, one from each house. I’m sure I’ll have friends in every house, depending on how many friends I end up making, of course. It’s hard for me to make friends. But when I do, House won’t be a deciding factor, at least not in the sense most people mean.

28. Will you be curious enough to try and explore the whole castle, even if you know you can get in trouble for visiting some parts of it?

Yes. I already try to do things like that in real life sometimes. And I have dreams that are nothing but going through detailed buildings. Realistic buildings, so realistic that if my sleeping brain could draft things, it would be a great architect. Unfortunately I can’t create beautiful, elaborate buildings while awake. But it’s almost always my wish to look through all of a building, including the possessions of whoever lives there. I would never do that – and if I did, I would keep their secrets – but the curiosity about everything in a building is still there, and would be greater in an amazing place like Hogwarts. I’d want to know every possible nook and cranny. Looking through buildings like that is already my dream, looking through Hogwarts would be a dream come true on every possible level.
