I’ve never heard of it, but I would not be shocked if it’s a thing. Because it gives you a clear visual aid to understand which part of a sentence means what. It means that your brain doesn’t have to sort it out, it’s already sorted for you. And that could work for a lot of people with dyslexia, hyperlexia, and other reading comprehension problems and learning disabilities. I’m publishing this in case anyone actually experiences this other than you who can say something about it.
