It’s amazing when you get dreams like that. My dreams, when they change my life that way, always have the sky a certain intense shade of deep blue, like just before dawn or just after dusk.

I remember you took pictures of a necklace you have, of trees on a deep blue background, and you said that that color resonated with something deep inside you. After that I forgot what shade of blue it was. But last night I was watching night come on right after dusk and it seemed like the sky was glowing a deep, dark, cerulean, and I realized that must have been the right shade of blue.

Anyway, it was especially timely, because I’ve been really, really depressed. And I was just thinking the day before it happened that my dreams tend to be boring and depressing, full of my mind going over the same ruts over and over again. So it was a nice surprise from the brain.

Yes, things like that are amazing when they happen.
