I’ve started doing a thing for my first meal of the day!

nicocoer:

Kefir, between 1-2 cups, blue berry works really well but w/e
2 fruit, chunked (apples or pears work well)
Some stuff my mom gave me (ashwaganda and trifolia?)
Sometimes some protein powder
Sometimes a tiny bit of stevia.

Blend into smoothie. Drink. Not feel like I have to eat for a larger chunk of hours, avoid triggering compulsive stuff, and avoid headaches!

Now I just need to stock up on kefir..

I used to drink that stuff when I had to take antibiotics (since it has probiotics in it), and it was like an amazing treat. It almost made up for the crappy feeling of being on antibiotics.
