Your schedule may be a tad unusual when you’re in the kitchen at almost 5 a.m. frying a couple of plantains that you forgot you even had stashed away.
Pretty good not long before bed snack, however. Probably need to save most of it for later, but at least they got used before they went bad…

Or when you wake up at midnight, feeling extremely rested, and feel like it’s been a more successful night’s sleep than pretty much ever, mostly due to taking a lot of sedating meds at once at bedtime (some intentionally sedating, others coincidental but useful).  And then wonder if you’re going to sleep at all for the rest of the night, and figure the few hours’ sleep you got is enough for the meantime.  And go on tumblr rather than trying to sleep again.
