yeah those will rub against your skin and combined with sweat and stuff first after maybe 2 days? pimples show up for me and any longer and they break open and the skin tears. I try to shower every 3 days but if I can’t I’ll change/remove the bra

Yeah, I really shouldn’t have gone like… weeks and weeks without changing the bra.  I just forgot I was wearing it.  Unfortunately, I really like that bra, because it has the side-effect of making my boobs almost disappear (which may be why I forgot I was wearing it, because I also forgot I had boobs).  So now I have to put up with visible boobs for however long, which can be uncomfortable.
