I went to a religious school that never talked about this stuff, and my first learnings were from places that were very One True Way about it... I don't know why gender is so hard, sometimes I wish I could fit so neatly but that is impossible, given the way that I am.

Gender is one of the most confusing social things I’ve ever encountered, and I’m constantly screwing up even now because I just don’t understand how it works.  But then as a genderless person, gender would be confusing to me.
