Since someone just wrote in about how much they like my appreciation of my own facial hair, this is a facial hair appreciation post.  :-)  I love my facial hair, I hope it never falls out or gets thinner, I even hope it gets thicker.  I just love it, as it is, and I can’t help it, and I think this kind of facial hair is beautiful and underrated in general.  I love seeing it on other people, too.  People who don’t pluck or shave.

When I was little, I saw my mother plucking hairs out of her chin with a tweezers, and I vowed I would never do such a thing.  I never have.  We had some fights over the unibrow, and I know she strongly disapproves of the chin hair, but what are you going to do?  I like it, it’s part of me, I think it’s amazing and wonderful, no matter what anyone else thinks.
