Sie/hir/hirs/hirself if you can manage it.  Ze/zer/zem or xe/xyr/xem if you can’t.  They if you can’t manage that.  And anything else if you can’t manage that.  I try to give people a range of options in case some pronouns are too hard for some people.  But Sie/hir is definitely my favorite and the one that feels the most right on me, dating back to when I first discovered it on MUDs as a teenager.
