Tennessee’s plan to prove everyone on welfare is addicted to drugs just blew up in their face  (via micdotcom)

Also I wonder of the ones who tested positive for drugs, how many of those drugs were actually prescription medicines used appropriately.  Because that happens too, with drug tests.
