Autistic Headcanons
I’ve seen fellow auties make these, so I thought I’d make them as well:
- The Doctor (Doctor Who)
- Captain Jack Harkness (Doctor Who)
- Martha Jones (Doctor Who)
- Donna Noble (Doctor Who)
- Captain Jack Sparrow (Pirates of the Carribean)
- Ippo (Hajime no Ippo)
- Kenichi (Kenichi: The Mightiest Disciple)
- Haruo Niijima (Kenichi: The Mightiest Disciple)
- Naruto (Naruto)
- L (Death Note)
- Near (Death Note)
- Mu Dan (Mural)
- Willow (Buffy the Vampire Slayer)
- Tara (Buffy the Vampire Slayer)
- Giles (Buffy the Vampire Slayer)
- Spike (Buffy the Vampire Slayer)
- Xander (Buffy the Vampire Slayer)
- Newton Geiszler (Pacific Rim)
- Hermann Gottlieb (Pacific Rim)
- Dean Winchester (Supernatural)
- Castiel (Supernatural)
- Troy (Community)
- Britta (Community)
- Abed (Community)
- Will Graham (Hannibal)
- Beverly Katz (Hannibal)
- Tony Stark (MCU)
- Melinda May (MCU)
- Leo Fitz (MCU)
- Jemma Simmons (MCU)
- Jane Foster (MCU)
- Heimdall (MCU)
These were tv shows and movies. I’ll also think about books that I’ve read for a next one
I could see Tara on Buffy as autistic. (And also as hugely, hugely attractive to me.)
I could see River Tam on Firefly as initially autistic, even before all the bullshit they did to her brain. I see her specifically as my subtype of autistic person, which is rare to ever see on TV or actually represented anywhere, so I’m extremely fond of her. I have a lot of headcanon about what her life would have been like even without the mess she got into, based on the lives of me and people I’ve known of similar subtype.
Luna Lovegood on Harry Potter.
Neville Longbottom on Harry Potter.
Ernie MacMillan on Harry Potter.
