Her name is Fey, and she’s a grey tuxedo cat, with a diamond-shaped stripe on her nose, and white whiskers.  She’s also 15 years old and knows it, and tells me regularly that she’s older than me and that I need to listen to her.  She’s very big on dignity, too.

As far as I can tell, she sees herself as my mother, and sees me as a very large, very stupid kitten who needs to be whapped upside the head regularly until I see sense.
