so, I know that visual snow is A Thing and it’s specifically a thing that my eyes do, but is. auditory snow A Thing? because? it’s a thing that my ears do a lot, esp when I dissociate. auditory snow might not be the right term for it, but it honestly feels like it’s the auditory version of my visual snow. except the visual snow is all the time kind of the same intensity, whereas the auditory snow seems to vary in intensity.
does anyone else get this or am I just. not making sense at all.
I get both. Auditory snow may be tinnitus. I also get tactile snow which is sometimes called paresthesia.
