iamlostinthetide asked: You mentioned your lung issues are related to environmental exposure. Do you happen to know what chemicals they were? I'm just curious

Large quantities of concrete dust and wallboard dust, also some minor asbestos exposure probably.  Basically they were doing work in an occupied building that wasn’t technically supposed to happen in an occupied building.  And then soon after that I started getting a lot of lung infections that weren’t treated.  And then I got bronchiectasis.  So we don’t know how much was the dust, how much was the lung infections without treatment, or what other factors there were.  But we know that lack of treatment in all cases was a big part of the issue (I made many ER trips in which they either under-treated me, didn’t treat me at all, or actively chased me out of there, until and unless something got so bad that, for instance, at one point part of my lung collapsed, and only then would they initiate treatment).
