With regard to my last post.

I just meant that when people unexpectedly tell me things they like about my appearance or my fashion sense or something, it’s a nice surprise and it’s pleasant given that I’m used to thinking of myself as ugly.  (Not ugly in a bad way, exactly, just ugly overall.  I think a lot of “ugly” people are actually quite attractive, but I know my sense of attractiveness is very unusual.  So I guess there must be people who find me attractive either despite or because of the ‘ugly’ thing.)

Anyway… I didn’t mean that anyone should feel obligated to comment on my appearance if they didn’t feel like doing so already.  Just so nobody feels like they have to or something, and nobody has to say anything they’re uncomfortable saying.
