I’m tired.
I’m on three times my normal dose of dexamethasone and I’m still wiped out through and through. Nothing dangerous is going on though.  I’m just knackered.  Aspiration pneumonia is never going to be something where you have a lot of energy, no matter how much cortisol you substitute.
I have a writing project that I really care about getting done by the end of August, and it’s a difficult one.  Not the subject matter, just getting it all out on paper.  Not on paper, really.  Just out on the screen.  Getting it onto Scrivener’s distraction-free thing.  Which is wonderful to write on by the way.  But right now my brain just feels like a limp noodle.  And I keep biting my tongue.
