I have made these calls for help before, and every time it’s hard. 
I tend not to make a fuss, or be as blunt as I should be, but here’s the thing… 

I need to get my wisdom teeth pulled and due to complications that aren’t covered by the greater medical insurance system of Iceland, it’s going to cost me about 1500 - 1700 us dollars worth. 

I am living off of disability and with rent at nearly 1400 usd a month, there’s not even a theoretical possibility I can afford this dental work on my own. 

One of the wisdom teeth is literally falling apart.
It broke the other day, I haven’t a clue when, but it’s missing a chunk. 
That’s how bad it’s gotten.
