You might know this already – constipation bad enough to cause a partial blockage can cause diarrhea to form behind the blockage and spill around the constipation.  It’s nasty.  Before I was tubefed, it happened to me all the time.  Nasty.  Also i’m dealing with explosive diarrhea myself right now, but it’s because of these damn antibiotics for the chest infection.
