Okay so I feel marginally better.
Which means the Mestinon or the Dexamethasone may have helped. Or things could have just gotten a little better.
But new idea: Could this be some weird-ass kind of migraine? I don’t know what exactly gives me the idea that this could be a migraine, but I often get migraine headaches where I actually do have a headache, and some part of me feels it, but another part of me doesn’t feel the pain at all, and it’s very confusing. And I feel a little like that right now.
And a migraine would explain everything, if true.
But who knows. All I know is I want this feeling to go away because it’s one of the worst feelings I know. Which is saying something given the sheer number of health problems I have.
The thing that reminds me of a migraine is the fact that I’m responding as if I’m in horrible pain, but I can’t feel the pain or locate it on my body very well. (I think it might be in the back of my head, but that’s just a guess.)

maikisan said: Migraines are weird– intensity of pain is not always the same, but I understand that sense of not knowing exactly where but something is wrong. Have you tried triptans like imitrex? That can be diagnostic for migraines instead of other pain.
