Anonymous asked: i know the rock poem was mostly for your friend and im sure it meant a lot more to them but it also meant a lot to me. i communicate like that with my mom, i never thought of it as a thing but we go to rock beaches and just hand eachother rocks we like the looks of. loving rocks sounds so silly but its been a part of my life forever.

It’s not silly at all.  Rock communication is amazing.  Many of my poems are meant for one person but other people find important things in them.  I’m writing another one like that right now – meant for another friend, but could be anyone who fits the description.
