I just learned that Ana Stenzel died. Almost a year ago.

I didn’t know her well. She was friends with my uncle. We played board games together one New Year’s Eve. The last time I saw her was at my aunt’s funeral.

But she was a genetic counselor with cystic fibrosis. And I wanted to ask her how for the longest time. And now I can’t.

Wow.  Yeah.  That would’ve been quite a conversation.
