fenisoffended asked: when i was a kid it rained once between hoeing the garden and actually planting in it. so there was a big patch of super soft mud in my backyard. i played in it all day and then when it dried, the dirt was crazy hard cuz id smooshed all the air out or something. my mom made me hoe it again but it was worth it.

heh my mom used to say you could tell how much fun a kid had by how dirty they got.
