Why does Facebook have a million gender options but only 3 sets of pronoun options?

So I can be ‘agender’ or 'neutrois’ (but not 'genderless’, nrggh), but I have to accept 'they’ as the pronoun, I can’t be sie/hir or even ze or xe.
