Another place we used to go to in Calgary when I was a kid was Bullwinkle’s.
It was basically like Chuck-E-Cheese’s except with Bullwinkle characters for the stage show and stuff. The bad guy with the skinny moustache was an animatronic puppet thing in jail right at the entry and he said stuff but I forget what.
There was a games room and you bought tokens and then won tickets and exchanged them for prizes.
It was more expensive than Bonanza so we didn’t go as often but I think it was cheaper than Chuck-E-Cheese’s because we never ever went there.
I don’t know when it closed, by the last time we went it was looking kind of run-down and dingy.
I went there too.
Except it was in San Jose, California.
