Ever since Haben Girma was an undergraduate fighting for access to dining hall menus, she has been advocating for the civil rights of the disabled.Haben Girma and other scholars and lawyers need to be able to do their thing. While reprogramming online readers to be blind and/or deaf accessible might not be the easiest thing for Scribd to carry out, its the right and necessary thing.
