You know your short-term memory sucks when…

…you say something to someone, and they tell you that you just told them that a minute ago.  So you apologize and explain that you’ve picked up some short-term memory loss over the years, and they say “Oh, yeah, you told me that too.”  And you don’t have even the slightest memory of having told them that part.

(But seriously.  When they did my IQ testing when I was 22, they did some memory testing too.  And I scored in the 60s.  On a test that uses the same numbering system as IQ tests – 100 average, and so forth.)
