Not quite 100%. There is such a thing as coerced/forced abortion. (Ditto for sterilization).  This most typically involves women who experience multiple forms of marginalization, such as women with disabilities (especially intellectual and/or psychosocial disabilities, and most particularly women with disabilities in institutions), but also indigenous women and other women of color.

For some women, the fight for “reproductive freedom” is not about accessing abortions that they may not want, it’s about having the right to become and remain pregnant if that’s what they want, and then keep and raise their child, all without undue pressure to be sterilized, get an abortion, release their child for adoption, etc., just because they’re women with disabilities.
