Something I wrote earlier
May have given the mistaken impression that my mom doesn’t like character-driven novels. She does, and characters matter a lot to her. She just also for some reason finds some books too slow-moving for her to be able to get through them. Anyway, I wasn’t trying to give a detailed description of her entire taste in books, I was just trying to explain that people differ in how we respond to the books we read. Anyway, I’m sorry for any way I might have given the wrong impression about her taste in books or movies.
