It wasn’t just my fault.

There was a clog in my g-tube.  Fixed it, and stuff is flowing into the drainage bag again.  That at least takes a load off my mind, the aspiration was only half my fault.  (It might have happened even without the clog, and it might have happened even without the food, but I’ll never know either way.)
