I really want to know who all these people are who can just casually switch out all their friends for less ~problematic~ versions at a moment’s notice.

I honestly don’t think people like that know what…

At issue is people getting dropped or excluded or shunned or turned against by communities of people they thought of as friends, when they turn out to be less perfect, infallible people than some specialized framework of social justice discourse demands.

Not dumping abusive friends.  But like, declaring people who failed to hold all the right positions at the right times to be ~horrible~, etc.

Yeah. Basically like saying if you support an autism cure then everyone needs to drop you as a friend. Anyone who doesn’t drop you will be seen as being as bad as you are, and will also be shunned. Get the picture? The only abuse going on is the shunning.
