hi there! my name is alexandria. i’m late with these guys, but it’s fitting for such a slow species. i have a special spot in my heart for banana slugs, because they’re my school mascot! and their reproduction is just wild; i included a few of my favorite slug luv facts alongside this illustration of two getting ready to get it on. enjoy!

I don’t like black slugs but adore banana slugs. They are super cool. I saw one near the Tofino Mudflats & got down on the ground with a little point n shoot to take this vid. I love nature.
I love the ways their tentacles move.

Banana Slug penises. First off, a banana slug can be 6-8 inches. The slug’s erect penis be just as long. Also, their penises emerge from their heads. After sex, banana slugs eat each other’s penises. They’re also the mascot of UC Santa Cruz.

Banana Slug In A Rush

This from near the settlement I was born in. These animals are really cute but also eat your books if they manage to get in the house. And since they’re slugs they can get into practically anywhere.
